AliveDM is a service for following and chatting with fictional AI Characters. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
Data we collect
We collect the account details you sign up with, the messages you exchange with AI Characters, and basic usage records needed to operate the service.
How we use data
We use data to run AliveDM, generate Character replies, keep the service safe, and improve quality. We do not sell personal data.
Instagram and Meta platform data
When an Instagram professional account is connected, we store its account ID, username, and an encrypted access token, and we process messages sent to that account through Meta's API solely to display and respond to them. We do not sell Meta platform data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. To request deletion of your account data or Instagram connection data, contact [email protected] and we will remove it within 30 days.
Service providers
Hosting, database, and AI providers process content on our behalf to deliver the service. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
