Privacy Policy
How information about your account and conversations is used, and what happens when you delete your account.
01About this policy
ZERO ONE STREET Co., Ltd. operates AliveDM, where people can follow and chat with fictional AI Characters. This policy explains how we handle information linked to regular members and connected operator accounts.
02Data we collect
We process the account identifier, email address, display name, and profile photo received through Google sign-in. Follows, saved items, beta Supporter requests, DM text and conversation context, safety-review records, and access and usage records are also created as you use the service.
03How we use data
We use information for sign-in and account features, Character replies and relationship context, safety review, access limits, support inquiries, and analysis of service quality and usage. Authorized operators can review DMs, which may be processed automatically or reviewed by a person.
04Instagram and Meta platform data
When an operator connects an Instagram professional account, we store its account ID, username, and encrypted access token. Sender, conversation, and message IDs, message text, and reply records from that account are used to display and respond to those conversations and monitor operations. We do not sell Meta platform data or use it for ad targeting.
05Cookies and attribution
We use cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and language preferences. The language cookie lasts up to one year; a first-visit attribution cookie lasts up to 30 days. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking them may prevent sign-in from working correctly.
06Retention and account deletion
Account information is kept while the account is active. Regular members can delete their accounts from the Account page, which removes account-linked DMs, follows, saved items, and related data. Minimal security audit records such as a hash of the email address and account status may remain, while some usage and cost records are kept without an account link. Information that must be retained by law is kept for the required period.
07Service providers
Hosting, database, media storage, and AI processing providers may process information needed to deliver the service. For example, conversation context needed for a Character reply is sent to an AI provider. AliveDM does not sell members' personal information.
08Your rights and contact
To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, contact [email protected]. Regular members can delete their accounts from the Account page. ZERO ONE STREET Co., Ltd. handles privacy inquiries.
