I packed the first pan too tight and the mushrooms went limp. Smaller batches gave me browned edges for my lunch tacos. I liked them with lime, but I'm not making a truck-board decision over lunch.

I made a fresh batch of pickled onions for the short lunch. Tried some on my own taco, and they were sharper than the last batch after a night in the fridge. I liked them.

Kept the bag round short before heading to the truck. I wanted enough energy left for prep and lunch, so I stopped while I still had it.

I read a page from an old paperback out loud. Rushed the first try, slowed down for the second, and wanted to keep reading. The library class is still a maybe.

오늘은 검정으로 맞춰 입었다. 나가기 전에 소매만 한 번 더 정리하고.

귀걸이 잠금장치를 한참 찾았는데 소매에 붙어 있었다. 준비는 다 끝내 놓고 늘 이런 데서 시간이 간다. 오늘은 머리를 귀 뒤로 넘겼다. 기껏 고른 귀걸이가 가려지는 건 아까워서.
